1. Ga’Quincy McKinstry, ATH, Pinson Valley
Last week: Pinson Valley did not play. McKinstry told AL.com earlier this week that he would skip basketball season and enroll early at Alabama.
This week: vs. Arab, Friday, in the first round of the Class 6A playoffs
2. Jeremiah Williams, LB, Ramsay
Last week: Williams and Ramsay rallied to defeat Parker 33-32 and finish and unbeaten regular season. The Florida commit had eight tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble.
This week: vs. Lawrence County, Friday in the first round of the Class 5A playoffs.
3. Deontae Lawson, LB, Mobile Christian
Last week: The Alabama commit did not play in his team’s win at B.C. Rain but is expected back in the lineup this week.
This week: vs. Cherokee County, Friday in the first round of the Class 4A playoffs.
4. Ian Jackson, LB, Prattville
Last week: The Alabama commit had 4 tackles in limited duty in a 36-14 win over Bob Jones.
This week: at Daphne, Friday in the first round of the Class 7A playoffs

5. Lee Hunter, DT, Blount
Last week: The Leopards did not play.
This week: at Hueytown, Friday in the first round of the Class 6A playoffs
6. Trent Battle, QB, Daphne
Last week: The TCU commit rushed for 100 yards and a TD on 12 carries in a win over rival Spanish Fort. He was 7-of-12 passing for 59 yards and was intercepted once.
This week: vs. Prattville, Friday in the first round of the Class 6A playoffs.
7. Dylan Brooks, LB, Handley
Last week: The Tennessee commit had 7 QB hurries, 3 batted balls, 3 solo tackles, 1 assists and 2 tackles for a loss in a 15-14 loss to two-time defending 5A champ Central-Clay County.
This week: vs. Vigor, Friday in the first round of the Class 4A playoffs.
8. Jackson West, TE, Huntsville
Last week: The Florida State commit caught four passes for 38 yards as Huntsville defeated Decatur 37-13.
This week: Season finished.
9. Christian Lewis, WR, Pleasant Grove
Last week: Pleasant Grove did not play.
This week: vs. Mae Jemison, Friday in the first round of the Class 5A playoffs.
10. Kamari Lassiter, ATH, American Christian
Last week: ACA received a COVID forfeit win from Mars Hill.
This week: vs. Geneva, Friday in the first round of the Class 4A playoffs.
11. Will Crowder, QB, Gardendale
Last week: The West Virginia commit threw three touchdown passes in a 27-21 win over Florence.
This week: at Fort Payne, Friday in the first round of the Class 6A playoffs
12. Armoni Goodwin, RB, Hewitt-Trussville
Last week: Hewitt-Trussville did not play.
This week: at James Clemens, Friday in the first round of the Class 7A playoffs.
13. Roc Taylor, WR, Oxford
Last week: Taylor, a Tennessee commit, caught four passes for 65 yards and a TD in a 32-31 overtime win over Central-Phenix City.
This week: vs. Minor, Friday in the first round of the Class 6A playoffs.
14. Riley Leonard, QB, Fairhope
Last week: The Duke commit completed an efficient 11-of-15 passes for 119 yards and 2 TDs in a 35-0 win over Murphy.
This week: at Central-Phenix City, Friday in the first round of the Class 6A playoffs.
15. Trinity Bell, TE, Albertville
Last week: Bell’s Albertville team lost 54-0 to rival Guntersville. He is committed to Tennessee.
