A man killed in a weekend crash on Interstate 59/20 has been identified but authorities have not been able to find his family members.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office on Thursday identified the victim as Manuel Miguel-Jorge Luis. He was 23 and lived in Birmingham.

The truck landed in the 800 block of 25th Street North. Luis was pronounced dead on the scene at 7:32 p.m.

Family members or anyone who knows family are asked to call the coroner’s office at 205-930-3603.
